Survivors of Cardiac illness like heart attack, Angioplasty, Bypass surgery, Minor coronaries, Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH), Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM), Diabetes, Polycystic Ovarian syndrome (PCOS), Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) etc, have phobia for doing physical activities, compromising their quality of life. They are carried away by the society myths, that heart patient should not do exercises. Its not surprising that many physicians still recommend bed rest after surviving heart attack or heart diseases.  Physical inactivity is rather detrimental, it further worsens the heart health.  Many patients lose their jobs and become dependents with these myths and fears.
